Classic Yoga
A mindful class focusing on the classic asanas, paying special attention to foundation and
alignment.  Benefits includes increased flexibility, improved core posture, strength and
endurance. Drop-in rate is $8 per class.  Punchcards are available 6 classes/$42.
Classic Yoga Flow
This class is a beginner level sequence of the classic yoga postures (asanas), which flow
together in a series.  Attention is given to alignment, breath and body/mind awareness to
improve your flexibility,endurance, strength, concentration and balance, while quieting and
calming the mind.  Class includes a brief relaxation at the end to integrate the physical
practice into your mental and spiritual state.  Drop-in rate is $8 per class.  Punchcards are
available 6 classes/$42.
Vinyasa Flow
Classes will consist of moderately flowing sun salutes to warm up and prepare the body for
a variety of standing, balancing, seated and inverted poses.  Special focus will be made on
the four points of: breath, movement, awareness and intention.   Modifications to any fitness
level can happily and easily be made, and thus classes are open to all levels of experience.

Family  / Kids Yoga
Kids love to move and have tons of energy to release!  Encourage your child's natural thirst
for knowledge and promote self-expression and creativity.  This fun class will be parent -
child interactive.  We will combine simple yoga poses, emphasizing partner work, with
songs and stories that engage sensory, motor and social skills. Children and adults will
improve strength, flexibility, self-control and coordination, as well as begin to experience
breathing and relaxation techniques  Other benefits include increased focus/concentration,
improved sleep, learning self-respect and respect for others. This class is playful and fun
and appropriate for kids ages 4-10.  Contact

What to Expect/What to Bring:

All classes are suitable for
beginner and continuing
students.  Some classes
incorporate more yogic
philosophy than others, so
bring an open mind!

Expect to sweat!  If you tend to
perspire a lot, it's a good idea to
bring a small hand towel, and
probably a bottle of water.  If
you have your own mat, bring it
with.  Otherwise there are ones
available at the studio for your
use.  

Yoga is best practiced on an
empty stomach, wearing
comfy, stretchy athletic type
clothing. As a courtesy to
others, students are
discouraged from wearing
excessive jewelry or scents.  

Please get out and do
something good for yourself,
you'll be glad you did!

Candlelight Yoga
A slower moving vinyasa flow class designed to relax, detoxify and unwind from the day.  A
candlelit room encourages a state of relaxation and bliss. Key points to this practice include
releasing stress and toxins, and focusing awareness on the natural flow of moving the body
with the breath.  This low intensity class is also great for beginners!
