Yoga Essentials Studio
Christie Kruckenberg, RYT
Christie has been practicing Yoga for nien years and is the studio owner.  She is a Yoga
Alliance certified 200 hour RYT.  She has also participated in local and national workshops
and training with some of the top Yoga masters, including Shiva Rea, Seane Corn,
Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Paul Weitz.  Christie is committed to lifelong learning, and
continues to be a student, as well as an instructor.  Classes focus on slow flowing
vinyasas and include a brief meditation at the end of class.  There are also points on Yoga
philosophy, including the 8 Limbs, incorporated into some of the classes.  Contact Christie

Christy Fox
Instructor Christy Fox has been practicing yoga for eight years and has one and half years
of teaching experience. She has completed teacher training in the Primary Series of
Ashtanga Yoga with Manju Jois, and has learned  various techniques at yoga workshops
with master teachers such as Seane Corn, Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea and Jonny Kest.  
Christy brings to yoga a passion for self healing utilizing the innate intelligence of our
body, mind and spirit.
Liz Hansch, RYT
Liz has been practicing yoga for over ten years, teaching for 2 years both in one-on-one
and group settings.  Classes combine a mindful flow of yoga postures with an attention to
alignment, breath and inner awareness.

Liz has completed Alignment Yoga Teacher Training with Scott Anderson, a 200 hour RYT
Yoga Alliance Certification.   She has also studied the inner flow of the body through
Sacred Spaces, a method of craniosacral therapy, developed by Cathy Pliscof-Holway PT,
and completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program developed by Jon Kabat
Zinn, at UW Hospitals Center for Integrated Medicine.  Liz is currently working towards
Yoga Alliance's 500 hour Certification through Alignment Yoga's Advanced Teacher
Training in Therapeutic Yoga.  Contact Liz at
