Our mission is to share the many benefits of Yoga: physical, mental
and spiritual, with the community.  To create a "community center"
to converse, teach and learn with other like minded individuals
and incorporate education and cultural diversity.

Our collaborative efforts offer a variety of teaching styles, levels
and class times.  We are very blessed to have such wonderful
instructors:  Christy Fox, Liz Hansch, RYT and Christie
Kruckenberg, RYT.
